RADIORAMA IN CINCINNATI
Radiorama took place July 20 in Blue Ash. Radiorama is the principle fund raiser for CARS (Cincinnati Antique Radio Society) . There were numerous vendors and a great auction with many antique radio items. CARS is group providing the most support of the Gray History of Wireless Museum.
At Radiorama was this great display of WW I aircraft radio communications equipment put together by Bob Sands. The radio sets were controlled by the gunner and also acted as a private telephone system allowing the pilot and gunner to communicate. For more information about the SCR-68 radio system, see Bob Sands at one of the VOA Museum open house days the third Saturday of each month from 1 to 4 pm.
